How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

There are three plans. Starter: one warehouse, up to 5 users. Professional: several warehouses, webshop, marketplaces, EDI and AI analytics. Enterprise: adds manufacturing, electronic signatures, the validation package and custom adaptations. Traceability, quarantine, recalls and the audit trail are included in every plan. Starter and Professional are billed monthly with no set-up fee, Enterprise annually. You receive your quote after a short call about your warehouses, users and requirements.

Can we start with a single site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many customers start with one warehouse before they expand. With Starter you test the system against your processes, products and regulatory requirements before you decide on a wider rollout. When more warehouses or sites follow, you move to Professional.

Where is our data hosted?

Accepted Answer

On every plan, entroit runs as cloud software hosted in Germany, inside the EU. You need no infrastructure of your own; we take care of updates and backups.

How do you handle system validation?

Accepted Answer

entroit is built to be validated under GAMP 5 principles; the validation itself is the responsibility of the regulated company using it. We supply a validation package with installation, operational and performance qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), a risk assessment, a traceability matrix and test protocols. It is included in Enterprise. On request we support your validation project across its whole life cycle.

What do onboarding and validation look like?

With Starter you begin with online training. In Professional a dedicated contact person guides you through onboarding: capturing your master data and processes, data migration, configuration and user training. In Enterprise we also plan a phased rollout with parallel operation and support your validation.
