Warehouse shelves stacked with cartons, the preview of entroit's ERP for pharmaceutical wholesalers.

Release with e-signature.

Goods receipt, quarantine and release for sale run in the system, with name and timestamp. Blocked stock never reaches dispatch.

Ready for inspection at any time.

Audit trail, temperature data and deviations are documented and to hand. You cover GDP with far less effort.

Every figure at a glance.

Stock, revenue, margin, expiry and service level are visible at any time. Any figure you need can be calculated from the data.

Less time in the system. More time for the business.

Stock ready to sell sooner, without paperwork.

FMD verification, supplier qualification and the temperature log run right at goods receipt. The Responsible Person releases by e-signature, and the stock is available straight away.

Pharmacy orders confirmed fast, without retyping.

Orders from pharmacies and hospitals are checked automatically against stock and your terms and answered with a delivery promise. Tiered prices per customer and period are calculated by the system.

Recalls narrowed down in under three minutes.

Batch, expiry, temperature zone and location in one view instead of three stock lists and a spreadsheet. You see at once which stock is affected and where it was delivered.

No stock from suppliers with a lapsed authorisation.

Wholesale distribution authorisations (WDA), certificates and audit history are stored per supplier. If a document has expired, entroit blocks the booking before the goods enter the warehouse.

One platform, whether you run one warehouse or twelve.

Stock, release and picking follow your structure. New site, new temperature zone: the same processes apply straight away.

FAQ

Does entroit support multiple warehouses and sites?

Yes. All warehouses and sites run in one system: each with its own stock, blocks and releases, and you see everything together. Separate product ranges per site, transfers with audit trail, shared master data.

How do orders from pharmacies and hospitals come in?

By EDI with your customers or entered directly in entroit. The system checks availability and your terms, confirms with a delivery promise and passes the order, checked and released, to picking and dispatch. Every order is documented in the order history.

How is the cold chain documented?

Storage areas are managed with temperature zones (2–8 °C, 15–25 °C and so on). Open interfaces are available for connecting sensors and monitoring systems. Incoming readings trigger the GDP processes automatically: a deviation workflow with mandatory assessment by the responsible people, blocking of affected stock, and release for sale after a documented decision.

How quickly is affected stock identified in a recall?

In minutes. When a recall notice arrives from the marketing authorisation holder or the competent authority, you start the match against batch, goods receipt and delivery history from within the system. You see at once which stock in the warehouse is still affected and which customers you supplied, and you can pass the information on with one click.

Do we have to validate the system?

Yes. The EU GDP guidelines (chapter 3.3.1) require a risk-based, documented validation of computerised systems in wholesale, with a controlled change process. entroit is built to be validated according to GAMP 5 principles; the validation itself is the user's responsibility. We offer the validation documentation (IQ/OQ/PQ, risk assessments, test protocols) as an optional service.

How much work is switching from our current system?

We import your master data (items, customers, suppliers, terms, stock); historical movements can be migrated if you wish. With several sites, the switch can be staggered. You book your first new goods receipt in entroit while old data stays available for reporting. No implementation project in the traditional sense.

Every batch traceable. From day one.
